While Engage Care Talent started as a podcast tackling the care talent crisis one conversation at a time, we're expanding into something bigger - real, in-person connections.

We were at a networking event recently - 20 TA professionals having breakfast together - and you could feel the energy. People were genuinely relieved to get off Teams, out of the office, and connect face-to-face with others who are passionate about attracting and retaining the right talent.
Our goal? Create spaces where care professionals can:

✅ Build lasting relationships
✅ Realise they're not alone in their efforts
